Jules Jack: email@example.com
As an estate planner, I am a generalist, but have a special interest in vulnerable and elderly clients and also digital assets.
I've had a lot of experience elderly care, planning for tomorrow and also three generation living. My mother was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2006 (at which point both my parents came to live with me, my wife and three sons) and my father passed away from prostate cancer in 2013 after progressive deterioration from 2007/8 (we watched him deteriorate from man to baby). Moreover, my parents-in-law are both in their upper 90s, suffer with dementia and now reside in a care home. My wife is a deputy for them both. This enables me to
During my father's illness and the time spent arranging his funeral, it became crystal clear how few people I knew had either made a Will, put in place Lasting Power of Attorney or had considered inheritance tax implications on their estate or had even started making provision for care of elderly parents and loved ones.
All the above mean I am able to bring a high level of empathy when dealing with elderly and vulnerable clients and also their families.
I'm an experienced public speaker in the fields of both estate planning and healthy ageing. In a former lives, I was the IT Director for a major food retailer and thereafter, a level4 personal trainer (the highest qualification), with a specialism of the management of diabetes and obesity. I am also STEP qualified (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
